Cheftimony Snack: Pals in Vegas

 


Here’s a snack of Vegas-sized proportions, talking about some great meals on my current trip to the Mojave Desert with my high school pal John.

We’ve had an amazing middle-of-the-night dinner at Herbs & Rye, delicious pasta and steak (and that caprese salad!) at Brezza, a brunch to remember at Esther’s Kitchen, and a final sushi-bar dinner together at Sushi Samba last night.

This morning I had a terrific solo brunch at Bardot Brasserie, and you’ll hear all about it. Also on this episode, I look ahead to recording with Keren from the 360 Vegas Podcast for our upcoming Vegas-themed season finalé of the Cheftimony Podcast.
