Meals in Barcelona and Michelin news from Vancouver!

Today I bring you thoughts on two meals in Barcelona (one at Bar Cañete and the other at the Hotel Majestic); I look forward to the rest of this visit to Spain and then to Portugual; and I talk about some very exciting news from the Vancouver food scene. While traveling, I received word that the Michelin Guide has awarded one star to each of eight Vancouver restaurants and has made recommendations for many others. The one-star winners include Burdock & Co. and St. Lawrence Restaurant, and my friends at Bar Gobo are now officially recommended by the Guide.
