Join me today at Brezza in Resorts World in fabulous Las Vegas. If you heard Episode 063 and my interview with Chef Nicole Brisson, you’ll know why I was so excited to step through the doors at Brezza. From fresh mozzarella with tomato gelée to beef cheek raviolo to the dry-aged, bone-in steak that Chef is widely known for, this was a meal to remember.

Today you’ll hear about our fantastic server, the attentive general manager, and how the whole Brezza team moved in rhythm to make this big, beautiful restaurant hum. Toward the end of our meal, Chef joined us for a chat and then took us on a remarkable back-stage tour, showing us how Brezza is connected to neighbouring Bar Zazu and Eight Cigar Lounge. For someone who loves kitchens - and Las Vegas kitchens in particular - as much as I do, this was a delightful end to our experience.
