Join me today for a fantastic talk with a Las Vegas chef both friendly and fascinating, Chef Gary FX LaMorte. Our discussion spans Chef’s childhood attempts at cooking to his leading roles in the Las Vegas culinary scene.

We also dive into Chef’s time with the Michael Mina group and into the details of kitchen operations and the very, very detailed systems that Gary and his team have in place at Honest Hospitality to make sure their people thrive. Chef also talks about sports nutrition and the challenges and rewards of cooking daily for the Las Vegas Raiders.
